With over two decades of experience leading digital transformation and service design across automotive environments, he saw firsthand how confusing and pressure-filled car buying can be. He founded Navia to give buyers the independent guidance they have always deserved. Blending conversational AI and customer strategy, Navia is his answer—a trusted, independent advisor built to empower consumers, bring transparency to the process, and establish a completely new category: the AI car-buying advisor.
